   a. Navigate to the provider's LLMS.TXT file !! 
   b. If LLMS.TXT contains direct .MD documentation:
      - Fetch and use relevant .MD files
   c. If LLMS.TXT contains not-final.MD or sub-LLMS.TXT files:
      - Navigate through the not-final.MD or sub-LLMS.TXT files
      - Fetch relevant .MD files from final destination
